I’m Carlos Barón a design director and senior art director with over 18 years in the dynamic world of advertising. From bustling Colombian agencies to the vibrant scenes of Sydney, I've dived head-first into the art of visual storytelling, with a focus on print, photography, creative retouch, and high-end retouching for fashion and advertising .

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with diverse clients and brands, developing a deep understanding of their unique visions and communication objectives, allowing me to be a more versatile designer.

My specialisation in creative retouching has allowed me to breathe life into advertising campaigns from the conception of an idea, sketching and producing the final art, transforming raw visuals into captivating masterpieces to engage and evoke emotions.
